In Carlsbad, there was a fun "tot lot" at the resort...
The best part was when we took her to the beach for her first experience with surf and sand...

Cute pics! I have to ask who's foot is that in the 12th picture...the one where Lauren is kicking her leg up? Could that be Mrs. G? :) I'd be happy to teach Lauren my few surfing skills when she gets a tad bit older. She's so going to be a beach girl!
I agree with Erica on the whole beach thing....looks like it's going to be Aunt "Surf's Up" Helen to get Lauren out on the waves. See, if I lived in California, you'd be coming to visit me every day on the beach...third grass hut on the right.
